Fall Fever: Fun Thanksgiving Cocktails
Carmel Apple Sangria - Perfect for a dessert wine. This Fall deliciousness will bring those smooth harvest vibes.
1 bottle white wine
1 bottle sparkling apple cider
¼ cup caramel syrup
4 apples, chopped
Peaches for added sweetness
Chill your white wine and sparkling apple cider. Once cold, mix together wine and cider and add ¼ cup caramel syrup. Chop approximately 4 apples into small cubes and add to sangria. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Add peaches for extra sweetness!
Pumpkin Pie Shot - The interesting thing about this Pumpkin Pie Shot is that there is absolutely nothing but liquor in it. There isn’t some pumpkin flavor added to it, but somehow the shot comes out tasting like Pumpkin Pie!
Instructions: Combine equal parts of each liquor into a shaker with ice and them pour into shot glass! It's just that simple. Bottoms up!
Fig Vanilla Bean Cocktail - This festive beauty will be a complete hit!
1 ½ tbsp fig puree
1/2 tsp honey (or more to taste)
2 oz ginger ale
1 ½ oz vodka
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice and Thyme for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, combine fig puree and honey. Mix with a spoon until homogeneous. Add ginger ale, vodka, lemon juice and ice and shake well. Start with 1/2 tsp honey to enhance the natural sweetness, and add more to taste if you need it. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with two fresh fig quarters on a skewer and fresh thyme.
