Lemon Rosemary Bath Salt - After a long, busy day, there's nothing better than a relaxing hot bath! It soothes, restores and calms the mind. And when you enrich the experience with lemon and rosemary it's even better! Lemon is one of those natural cure-alls. Besides promoting blemish-free skin, its scent is cleansing, uplifting and a perfect marriage when combined with rosemary. Sighhh....
Here's what you'll need:
2 cups epsom salt
1/2 cup baking soda
2-3 tbsp fresh rosemary; finely chopped
6-8 drops lemon essential oil
2-3 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
In a bowl combine epsom salt and baking soda. Add in half of the essential oil drops, mix, then add in the remaining drops. Mix in the chopped rosemary and lemon zest if you decide to use it until fully combined. Store in an airtight container.

Combine 2 cups of Epsom salts with 1/2 cup baking soda and zest of one lime in a large bowl. Add3-4 drops of lime essential oil and 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil. Stir with wooden spoon to mix thoroughly. (optional, you could add just a drop of green food coloring if you’d like). Pour the mixture into a jar or bag, and use within a few weeks. Make sure to store in a cool dark place, like refrigerator if using lime zest. If you’d like it to keep longer, subtract the zest.

Oatmeal is gentle on the skin, yet highly powerful. Not only is it a gentile exfoliate for removing dead skin, it can also provide soothing relief from sunburn and other irritations. Honey is a great anti-bacterial agent. It deeply cleanses your skin, and opens up clogged pores. Cream adds moisture to your skin. Hydrates your skin and softens delaying the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
Here's what you'll need:
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons milk (or cream)
Grind oats in blender or food processor to form a powder. Stir together oatmeal powder, cocoa powder honey and milk. Apply to a clean face, leave on for 20 minutes, then wipe with a warm towel. Place any remaining mask in a storage container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
