Face Vibe: Exfoliate

diyfacemask

Ingredients: Brown sugar, Olive oil and Peaches

Benefits: Peaches contain alpha hydroxy acid which works as a mild exfoliant, breaking down dead skin cells and helping create new cell turnover. Yes! Brown sugar is a legit natural exfoliant because of its tiny grain-size. And the olive oil will help to moisturize as you exfoliate. However, if you have oily skin you can leave it out.

Concoction: To create this face mask puree 1/2 a ripe peach.  Combine with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and approximately 1 tablespoon brown sugar.  You may want to add in more brown sugar to get the right consistency.  After cleansing your skin, use exfoliant on your skin by gently rubbing it in small circular motions. Rinse. Hello happy skin!
