LUX Children: Read! Give! Grow! @ Milk and Bookies Book Raiser - March 19th
The Philanthropic Society of Los Angeles x CVLUX invites you to an exciting volunteer opportunity for you lux mommies and your children on Saturday, March 19th from 10am-12pm at The Children’s Institute, Inc.
We are partnering with an organization called Milk & Bookies to host a “Book Raiser”. The event invites our children to read, inscribe and donate books to their local peers in need of appropriate reading material.
Milk + Bookies Collaboration w/ TOMS ( @ Abbot Kinney Cafe Locale )
Please bring at least one book you are willing to donate, new or used. The CII children will be able to select from the donated books and bring them home to keep. Additionally, you and your children will be able to read to the younger kids during the event.

Feel free to bring friends and their kids as well or come on your own without kids! Also if you cannot attend but wish to donate books please feel free to do so and send them to the address below Attn: Megan Aubrey.
