Support local breast cancer patients by joining forces with law enforcement throughout the Central Valley for a month-long campaign benefiting the Marjorie E. Radin Breast Care Center. The campaign kicks off with a media event to raise awareness and honor local survivors with a morning of recognition and pampering, courtesy of ULTA Beauty. Sponsor, donate, order a full patch set for $225 and/or a pink ribbon lapel pin for $15, or purchase individual patches for $10.

The biggest and best family Halloween event in the Central Valley is back. ZooBoo offers trick-or-treating, costumed characters, magic shows, and animal encounters for three nights in October from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. It’s a chance to experience the Zoo after hours, when the grounds take on a completely different feel and some of your favorite animals are more active in the cooler evening air. Tickets range from $16 to $22.

Haunted Harvest Wine Journey

Twice a year, Fresno County’s vintners and distillers come together for the Fresno County Wine Journey, showcasing locally made wines, beers, and spirits. This fall weekend invites guests to sip their way through 17 participating locations, with tastings averaging three to five pours per stop. Many venues will also feature live music, local vendors, and food for purchase along the way. Don’t forget your glass! Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
