The second Sunday of January will be the last day to see FAM’s current exhibitions. Included are Linda Lomahaftewa, Hopi/Choctaw: The San Francisco Years: Paintings 1965 through 1972 and Recent Works 2008 through 2024, Stone Sculpture of Zimbabwe, The Fruit of Life: New Paintings by Eliana Saucedo, and Jo Hanson’s Crab Orchard Cemetery.

The only this better than hearing Gershwin’s Piano Concerto in F live is hearing it played by 2025 GRAMMY–winner Michelle Cann. The Fresno Phil is celebrating America at 250 with a lineup of all-American music, with a focus on African American composers including Margaret Bonds’s Montgomery Variations and the world premiere of Yosemite by California composer John Wineglass. The concert concludes with Stravinsky’s energetic Symphony in Three Movements.
