My most memorable moment
One of my first loans was for a darling couple with three children who were purchasing their first home. Despite many challenges, they became homeowners. I played a role in helping them achieve a piece of the American Dream—and now I am helping their children purchase their first homes.
The future of my field
Online lending is readily available, but is not reliable. It lacks the ability to have a trusted advisor guide you through the many challenges that arise during the escrow period. Without having a trusted advisor, how could a buyer ever have an exceptional customer service experience?
