When I began my journey with United, I was pleased to discover the close connections we had with each community, some dating back to our grassroots origins. Even as we celebrate our 50th year, we still emphasize the importance of advocacy in new communities unfamiliar with our name. As a native Fresnan with family ties to rural cities and as a Bulldog alumnus, I can truly appreciate the resources we allocate to our underserved communities. While I get great satisfaction in the hard work we do constructing beautiful health centers, it is serving everyone with meaningful visits that matters most to me.

WHAT MOTIVATES ME
Motivation is working with like-minded leaders and business partners who place hard work and quality at the forefront of their efforts to provide accessible care to everyone. Together we have assembled beautiful new facilities where everyone knows that they are receiving the best in healthcare services from those who truly care.

WHAT I AM THANKFUL FOR
I am thankful that the nation has come to realize the value of quality healthcare for everyone. The Affordable Care Act has provided the essential tools necessary for our leadership team of strategic thinkers to craft our healthcare system to exceed the expectations of those we serve.

HOW I MEASURE SUCCESS
I often measure success by knowing the decisions I make are based in the confidence I have in our core values, which are linked directly to our vision and mission. I really measure the success of the organization on how we make people feel, both our customers (patients) and our employees.
