From corporate burnout to entrepreneurial triumph
After 20 years climbing the corporate ladder in construction, Chris received a life-changing wake-up call when his daughter was born with a terminal illness. The intense stress of the job led to severe burnout and anxiety. Determined to put his family and health first, he left corporate life and co-founded CRC Construction with his wife Jennifer in 2017. His advice: “Never wait for the perfect time. Just do it.”
Why giving back matters
