Legacy Construction was formed by partners Bill Cummings and Jamie Reedy in 2007 to provide a more reliable construction option for Central Valley-based projects. Over the past 18 years, we have listened to the different communities in which we’ve been working and have continued to evolve as a partner organization. What really sets Legacy apart is our people-first corporate culture and our vertically integrated business model, which allows us to both develop strategy as well as help our clients execute.

MY PASSION
Legacy shares my passion of providing resources and opportunities to our underserved local communities. Too many talented young people leave in search of their careers, but wouldn’t it be great if we gave them a reason to stay here? With so many incredible people and so much need, we are inspired to make a difference on every project.
CAREER-DEFINING MOMENT
One of the most defining moments for Legacy was our first Federally Qualified Health Center project in 2011 in Earlimart for United Health Centers. This relationship was what gave Legacy the confidence to invest in itself and go from a staff of 5 to 50 in just a few years.
WHAT SETS MY COMPANY APART
Legacy is a vertically integrated family of companies with the common goal of improving efficiencies and building meaningful projects. We are a commercial brokerage, a development entity, a media group, data scientists, and a construction company. This combination allows Legacy to develop projects quickly and more cost-effectively for our clients.
