After earning his degree from UC Berkeley and medical honors at Ross University, he completed advanced training at the Mayo Clinic and Wayne State University. Under his leadership, the Mafi Plastic Surgery team works seamlessly to provide a personalized, concierge-level experience—from the initial consultation to post-treatment care—with a holistic, patient-centered approach.

I’m a Fresno native and proud Central Valley local with a passion for enhancing the appearance and self-confidence of my patients. Outside of the operating room, I value time spent with my family.

Our team is a close-knit, dedicated group committed to providing exceptional care. My wife is my right hand and office manager, and ensures that each patient receives personalized attention. In-house, we have a skilled nurse injector, who delivers expert results and trains other injectors, as well as an esthetician, who passionately personalizes skincare routines.
