Precision Civil Engineering, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm, providing turn-key solutions for private development (including residential, commercial, and industrial), municipalities, schools, and other governmental agencies. I believe what truly sets us apart is that when we take on a project, we look at everything from the client’s perspective, asking: “What is the end goal and how do we get there in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible?” We understand that economic development drives the local economy, and the faster a project comes to fruition, the better it is for everyone!

We offer planning, civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and construction management services.
My passion is my family, faith, friends, Precision, and Fresno State—GO DOGS! Our work ethic, which I learned from my grandfather, is work hard and play hard.

Our team is incredibly talented, passionate, and hard-working. Precision is a team of advocates, working for the success of our clients. I am a fifth-generation Central Valley resident, the success of which drives me in leading the Precision team. We understand that economic development is a driver that can change a community and people's lives.
THE SECRET TO MY SUCCESS
The secret to my success is being a driver and never giving up. The words “no” or “can’t” do not exist in my vocabulary. What true success means to me is having a tight, God-fearing family and a thriving business that helps others succeed.
WHO I AM
What motivates me is having a positive impact on our community. What am I best known for? Probably my one-liners—nothing better than seeing people smile and laugh! I love that my profession allows me to help turn dreams into reality.
MY DEFINING MOMENTS
The great recession—almost losing everything, I decided we were going to diversify our services and clients. That being said, my happiest professional moment was receiving the Top Dog Award for the Fresno State LCOE.
ACHIEVEMENTS THAT I’M PROUD OF
Our biggest professional achievement has been the master planning and engineering design of the award-winning 2,000-acre Riverstone Community. However, my greatest achievement is my family: my beautiful wife, Kelly, and three amazing children, Alexis, Kyle, and Tyler, as well as Precision.
