No two days are the same. My work includes site tours, client meetings, lease negotiations, development planning, and constant coordination with retailers, developers, investors, and property owners. I help identify opportunities, solve challenges, and bring transformative projects to life, shaping the retail landscape of the Central Valley for years to come.

I’ve been fortunate to learn from two exceptional mentors: Fritz Lauritzen and my husband, Peter Orlando. Their integrity, work ethic, and relationship-driven approach to business is highly respected and has taught me that lasting success comes from hard work, trust, and consistent follow-through. Their guidance and belief in me have been instrumental to my growth and career.
